The primary purpose of this position is to operate hand tools that shape Structural Insulated Panels following blueprint specifications as the finishing process prior to wrapping and shipment. It also includes the installing of lumber in panels and putting together lumber bundles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Fabrication of SIPs utilizing various hand tools
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Maintain quality standards
Problem solving in tough situations
Operate Hi-lo and overhead cranes
Perform other duties as assigned

$17-$21 DOE

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic construction skills
- Able to read blue prints
- Able to read measurement tools
- Wood working/carpentry experience
Other Requirements
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to lift 75 lbs.
- Skilled in using power and hand tools
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and other written documents
- Able to stand, reach outward and above, bending frequently and walking
- Reliable attendance
- Effective communication with fellow team members
- Ability to adhere to and maintain quality standards
