ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Interprets engineering specifications, blue prints, schematic drawings, and other information as required for adequate understanding of customer requirements.

Operates various pieces of equipment including Gozio Transfer, drill presses, deburr equipment, and rotary drilling machine to accomplish documented secondary operations.

Ensures conformance to customer product specifications in accordance with blueprints, established work instructions, and or other relevant instruction documents.

Records test data, and maintains records, as required by PMPC policies and work procedures.

Monitors tooling in comparison to stated process documents and replaces at correct intervals.

Monitors machine condition and repairs as needed or notifies supervisor of necessary maintenance.

Maintains current licensing for forklift and crane and operates material moving equipment as needed to accomplish responsibilities.

Cleans metal shavings from collection basins on Gozio Transfer machine as assigned.

Cleans oil residue from machines and shop floors as necessary for safe operation and appearance.

Empties and replaces all machine oils as necessary to service machines.

Cleans floors around machine and assigned shop areas as time is available.

Maintains a clean and orderly work environment to ensure nonexistence of product contamination and foster good housekeeping practices.

Assists with other responsibilities as needed to accomplish department and company goals, including parts washing, order shipment preparation, and parts inspection.


Pay Rate $16-$18/hr

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, blue prints, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
