This local south side Holland company manufactures and designs furniture with respect for people, our environment and the materials used. They will always provide quality service that will keep their relationship with customers strong for years to come. 

Installer -

Installs office systems in commercial and industrial buildings by performing the below duties.

 
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
  • Reads prints and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material, tool, and work aid requirements.
  • Lays out reference lines and points for use in computing location and position of metal framing marks position for erecting metalwork.
  • Secures metal framing to walls.
  • Fits, aligns, and hangs panels, work surfaces, etc.
  • Communicates with sales consultants and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must be very versed with tools
  • Be flexible with start and end times.
  • Reliable, attention to detail, great customer service, and maintain professionalism 
  • This person will be the last person their clients come in contact with. 
  • Clean driving  record/ Must be able to eventually drive a box truck and obtain a Chauffeur's license.
  • Must have held a job for more than a year on resume.


$19  to $23/hr  DOE

    11. Personal effectiveness / credibility.
  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
     
    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
     
    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
     
    REASONING ABILITY
    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
     
    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
    Ability to obtain a Chauffeur's license
