REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of 3-5
years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
commercial and residential real estate transactions, title review, and closing processes. This role
requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive
approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and manage real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements,
leases, deeds, and closing statements
* Conduct title and survey reviews and coordinate with title companies and surveyors
* Assist attorneys in preparing for closings and attend closings when necessary
* Perform due diligence, including reviewing zoning, environmental, and corporate
documents
* Maintain and organize transaction files and ensure compliance with deadlines
* Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
* Support post-closing activities, including document recording and file management

Requisitos de trabajo

 

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
* Strong knowledge of real estate law, title insurance, and closing procedures
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Paralegal certification or equivalent education preferred
