A local northside automotive manufacturer is seeking operators at their North Plant. 

1. Must be willing to stand in one spot for long periods of time. 
2. Fast paced work 
3. This person would be snapping parts to assemble mirrors by hand. 
4. Must be available to work up to 10 hour days. 
5. Must be ok with using hands, fingers and manual labor for the entire shift. 
6. Meet target hours is required after training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma; or equivalent.  Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
2. Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to operate within production and quality standards; including being able to operate/utilize all job-related equipment.  Equipment may include fork-lift, hand tools, production machinery, etc.
4. Must be able to read/write in English
5. Drug Screen and Background; some backgrounds are considered.
