Our new Client located in Holland is one of the leading retailers of hardwood flooring in West Michigan. They provide their customers with quality flooring products and services that are hard to find in today's flooring market. This client is seeking to add a Part-Time Retail/Office Coordinator to their team.


 

 
Job Requirements

 

  • Showroom Coordination:
    • Clean, Dust & Organize Samples and Showroom 
    • Interact and assist walk-in and scheduled clients
    • Product knowledge
  • Office & Marketing Support:
    • Assist with content creation and updates to social media and website
    • Answer phones 
    • Follow Up on leads
    • Help prepare for client meetings
    • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Programs (*Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Qualities:
    • Professional and reliable

    • Customer service oriented
    • Self starter & eager to learn
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills
**Experience/comfort using forklift would be an asset
