This local south side Holland company that manufactures and designs furniture is seeking a Panel Refruber!

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce precise, high-quality work.
· Sharp eye for detail and precision, ensuring that all cubicle panels are flawlessly reupholstered and assembled to standard.
· Ability to read and interpret work orders, labels, and specifications.
· Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling panels and fabric application.
· Physical ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent time management and follow up skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
4. Prior experience in furniture assembly, upholstery or panel refurbishment is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to customers other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to count, add, and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
