They have general labor positions doing a variety of jobs including unloading a laser, running a tapper (a machine that puts the threads in metal) and grinding/deburring parts.
Packing parts in in kits, labeling/ barcoding. installing fastener/hardware.
Lifting sheets of metal that can be wide/ long weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Heavy lifting
May be asked to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
This is similar to a (Shop Floor) work environment.
