Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, this position is responsible for performing a variety of repetitive hand operations to assemble product by performing the below duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Unloads paint line.
Uses hand tools to assemble a variety of office system products including panels, files, doors, rails, etc.
Inspects parts used in the assembly process to ensure quality requirements are met.
Daily hilo use for moving work surfaces, pulling product and staging product.
Uses all-purpose cleaners and rags to remove smudges and grime from work surfaces.
Handles production needs in a prompt and efficient manner, and meets deadlines of individual production tasks during shift. Reports any potential issues to supervisor.
Keeps work area and floor clean to avoid hazards, and reports any potentially unsafe conditions to management.
Follows the company's safety and quality guidelines, including PPE (personal protective equipment), as needed for .
Communicates to other co-workers and departments as needed in an effective way.

Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials in area, machines and production processes, and maintaining quality.
Communication proficiency: Ability to read, write, speak and interpret documents/blue prints. Must have a professional and courteous manner when dealing with others.
