Job Requirements
Operate tacks and flips safely and efficiently
Use hand tools to apply fabric to boards and tiles
Follow work orders and labels to meet specifications
Suggest improvements to production and product quality
Inspect finished products for defects
Track and record time on projects
Perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
Ability to understand instructions and workplace documents
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Strong common-sense reasoning and problem-solving ability
Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks
Lift up to 25 lbs regularly; up to 60 lbs as needed
Good vision (close, color, and focus adjustment)
Comfortable working around fumes, machinery, and vibration
Work environment with low to moderate noise levels
