Laminate polypropylene panels per work order

• Determine the customer requirements per the work order
• Turn on laminator to correct heat setting
• Check gap distance between the rollers
• Insert polypropylene panel into the laminator
• Trim cut panels with safety knife
• Perform and record all necessary information to ensure traceability and quality 
• Report production results at the end of the shift on all necessary documents and or software
• Properly dispose of scrap material per companies' non-conforming material procedure
• Properly identify all material to ensure traceability 
• Follow all work orders and process specifications 
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Assist panel saw operator as needed
• Package finished product
• Provide the customer with the best value including, Cost, Quality and Delivery by being efficient, productive, and careful
• Improve efficiency and performance through idea suggestions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Perform all reasonable related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Solid math skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to work overtime
