Long-time Holland company has office coordinator position available.  The person in this position works with the public and with customers of the company.
 
The position could be full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with some overtime usually possible) OR be part-time with a schedule on noon to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Pay is dependent on experience but not less than $15/hour.

 
Job Requirements

 

Previous experience is not required but certain skills are important:  ability to juggle many things going on at once without losing your cool, ability to work in a fast-pace but highly detailed environment, ability to work with computer systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Bi-lingual in any language is also helpful but not required.  Most important is a person that has respect and genuine care for all people, that can be business-like and efficient while still being pleasant and welcoming.
