your role is to develop design solutions for assigned projects that align with our brand identity and design direction for each customer. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop design concepts, provide space planning, guide finish selections and create impressive presentations for the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design Duties
  • 3D modeling and space planning in CET Designer
  • Space planning, developing unique design concepts
  • Producing installation drawings for final furniture plans
  • Management and assistance of furniture finish selections
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of leading office furniture manufacturers
  • Create quotes and place orders
    • Time-Management Duties
    • Working closely with sales team members to achieve agreed-upon goals and deadlines
    • Updating management on project progress, regular communication in regards to design changes and updates
    • Provide floor plans and organize finish selections by agreed-upon deadlines
      • Administrative Duties
      • Total management of assigned projects with the direction and support of the Interior Design and Project Manager
      • Working and communicating with furniture vendors/reps
      • Flexibility and willingness to adapt
      • Collaborate with the sales team as well as cross-functionally with other departments such as production, purchasing and install coordinator to resolve questions or issues that may arise between design and time of installation

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in interior design or a related field
  • 3+ Years experience in Interior Design
  • Computer proficiency, including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experienced in CET Designer (highly preferred) or other drawing software i.e. AutoCAD, SketchUp.
  • Ability to create office furniture space plans and coordinate pleasing finish selections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy, self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated to high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
  • Background considered
